Justice Now Consultings, LLC was founded by Rodney Derrickson. Rodney brings 30 years of lived advocacy experience and a unique perspective shaped by personal resilience and a relentless pursuit of fairness as a result of being justice-impacted himself. Rodney’s passion for community justice, youth intervention initiatives, and re-entry, as well as his expertise as a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Paralegal, jailhouse lawyer, and Emotional Intelligence Trainer drive our mission: to empower individuals, support families, and help communities rebuild through informed legal advocacy and compassionate guidance.
